“ I appreciate what Lunchbowl is doing and it is motivating me to be involved. I belong to a group of caregivers, we help to cook food, to clean the dinner centre, to serve the children. We all take turns.”

Gladys Nyange

“ Lunch bowl has been able to help the children with food. The children’s health has drastically changed. James ( her grandson) was malnourished, now he looks healthy. If you didn’t come I don’t know where I could get food. Thank you very much, you are doing a great thing and God continue to help you so that you can help us. Thank you and greet the children in London.”

Farida Faraji

“The feeding centre has greatly helped the children. I am giving care to an orphan. The child is active and socialising but before they were afraid of people and the child is now healthy. I come every Saturday, I feel responsible to come and to assist with feeding the children. I go to the market with the Windows staff, I am very grateful because of what Lunchbowl is doing.”

Nancy Eburete

“ I have two orphans at home who belong to my late sister. My nephews come every Saturday, they are fed, their health has changed. They have become more social. Before they were malnourished, depressed and withdrawn. Previously they had no energy, they had worms, colds all the time and malaria. Since they started coming they have become very strong and not sick any more.”
